Dr. Reid Robertson is great! He explains things succinctly and clearly, plus answers any question you have. You can tell he stays current in his field which gives his patients a lot of confidence in what he says. I highly recommend him. His opticians are excellent, too.

My husband and I came in today with our baby. My 1 year old just wants to run all over and get into things (although he did very well for once) everyone was so nice and acomadating. They were timely and informative. They were also so clean!!! I had a bad experience at a Target where make up was left on the lense and nothing wiped down. here everything was very clean. Very good experience, and wonderful people!!! My 1 year old also had a great time running around mirror to mirror.

I visited TSO today. I’ve been 2 times previously and had a ok experience. This time was different. Dr. Ho was awesome. She answered all my questions and made everything really easy to understand. She wasn’t rushing me and it was just a nice experience. I recommend Dr. Ho!

What a pleasant, first time visit!  Brought my 83 year young mom in for her first eye check in over 35 years. The staff at TSO was extremely accommodating and patient with us. They didn't rush us through and answered all her questions. My appointment also went smoothly. I wasn't thinking of purchasing glasses that day, but the good pricing and my insurance coverage changed my mind. Mom ordered glasses she could afford (and loved) bc they didn't push more expensive frames on her. I believe they would have been this honest even if I wasn't there with her. Integrity seemed to be a high priority at TSO.  I would recommend TSO in Rockwall.

I absolutely loved this place! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Rosa and Emi the opticians were very knowledgeable and patient with me while picking out glasses. The technician was very sweet and made it very personable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Best eye doctor in the Dallas area (Rockwall). Dr. Moulder and his staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable. The store was very clean and there was no wait. His staff knew all about different lenses and their pros/cons like blue blocking, etc. Dr. Moulder was very friendly and explained everything I had questions about thoroughly. Great experience.

I don’t usually give reviews unless the experience is exceptionally bad or exceptionally good.  Out of 5 stars, I want to give TSO 6!! It’s unheard of these days to have the kind of service provided by this office.  Respectful, professional, courteous, efficient, thorough and timely (no waiting).  They treated me as if I were their most important priority!  Offices are pristine, equipment is SOTA…but it’s the people…from office management to technician to physician…all were amazing and I strongly recommend them!

Still my favorite optometrist after several years with them. Dr. Mark and Rosa provided amazing service during this visit! Highly recommend this office. Excellent communication and they NEVER make me wait-- they respect my time.
